Building projects, digitally reflected.
The problem
The AECO industry produces extraordinarily detailed 3D models during design and construction - then throws much of that value away once the building is built.
Today’s BIM coordination tools were built for a desktop era. Lossy file conversions, weekly upload cycles, and demanding hardware lock the field, owners, and operators out of the model. Design changes take days to surface, models die at handover, and the promised digital twin remains out of reach.
OPENUSD-NATIVE
A living model, from design to operation
Mirrion federates BIM models in OpenUSD - the open, industry-agnostic 3D standard developed by Pixar - and renders them through a cloud-native platform, leveraging NVIDIA's cloud rendering stack. Changes made in design tools are reflected in the federated model in real time, ending the weekly upload cycle.
The same live model carries through construction and into operations. By connecting sensors, IoT devices, and building systems, static design models become functional digital twins - without costly custom integration.
